I have major Depressive disorder and sever anxiety with panic attacks. I take medicine and go regulatory to the counselor. However, they say its 25% medicine 25% therapy and the 50% is all you. That’s a big percentage for self help. So what have you done to help yourself? Personally, I have used sticky notes to remind myself positive thoughts. Note these are all over my place.
